• 101 - The One Where Monica Gets A New Roomate
  The very first episode of Friends - Rachel has run out of her wedding to Barry and seeks refuge from the world in the apartment of Monica. Ross is depressed because his ex-wife, who turned out to be a lesbian, is moving her things out that day. Monica dates Paul the wine guy, but insists that it's 'not a date'.

  Monica and Ross' grandmother dies, for a couple of minutes, before passing on again. At her funeral, Monica wonders whether she should confront her mother about how she drives her crazy. Shelley, Chandler's co-worker, sets him up with a man.

Chandler's mum comes into town, right after she has announced on National TV that she bought her son his first condoms.
