Ideally, it should be viewed in a high screen resolution, but I have tested the site with Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera in a variety of screen resolutions, and it is perfectly fine in all of them.
This site was created early in 1999, I can't quite remember the date. Since then it has gone through many major design changes, 3, to be exact. It started off with Profiles, Phoebe's songs, Chandler one liners, Trivia, and Pictures, and now boasts 17 more sections.
